Everything else about a rental is just the hourly rate for the vehicle you picked.
Fuel included, or not
Fuel it yourself and the rate is lower. Have it come fuelled and you pay more per hour but nothing at the pump. Both rates are published — pick whichever suits the day.
Today costs more
A same-day rental adds 26% to the base. Booking ahead is cheaper because it lets a rider plan their day around your booking instead of dropping everything.
AC adds 20% — and only on cars and vans. A bike or rickshaw can't provide it, so it's never charged on one.

Both sides put something on the line.
Handing a vehicle to a stranger — or borrowing one — needs more than good intentions. Deposits are held in escrow for the length of the rental and returned when it ends cleanly.
Customer deposit
Held while you have the vehicle. Returned when you bring it back in the state you got it.
Rider deposit
The owner puts one up too. They can't take your booking and vanish without cost.
A rental holds 50% of the fare up front; the balance is due at completion. Cancelling a rental costs Rs 501, whichever side does it. The full detail is in the refund policy.

This is the actual formula the app uses — Rs 120 base + Rs 38/km + Rs 3/min for a car. Your final fare is recomputed on your real route before any money is held.
